Quality Construction
Hot knifed webbing ends- the webbing won't fray out of the seams. Webbing is bar-tacked into seams for added strength. Box-X and bar tacks are used on stress points for strength. All internal seams are bound to prevent fraying and enhance seam strength.
SPP Backpack Harness
Discretely hidden under a zipped and tuck-away flap is the Stabilizing Padded Platform (SPP) harness system. The padded lumber support pad and padded hip belt loads the hips comfortably and keeps the pack stable around the waist and hips. This is important so the load is carried on the strong part of the body and the centre of gravity is close to natural. The Padded Platform feature offers an extremely stable foundation because it makes positive contact with your back when you move the upper body. Whether it be rock-hopping or hauling yourself up steep wooded slopes, the upper of the pack will stay stable and not unexpectedly throw you off balance. The rock-solid back length adjustment adds more stability to the system.
